Marilyns of the Lake District is a sticker poster that is made up of 52 distinct Lake District Hikes. For each hike you complete write the date on a sticker and add it to your poster.

1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns
- You may return a poster within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Posters must be in original condition, without damage, and in the original packaging to be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized posters cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Posters on sale or purchased with discount codes are not eligible for returns.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email hello@stuckonhiking.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the poster if it is damaged or defective.
- Return Authorisation: We’ll provide you with a Return Authorisation and instructions for shipping the poster back.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the poster arrived damaged or there was an error with your order.
2. Refunds
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted, such as:
- Posters with minor, accidental damage caused by the customer.
- Posters returned after the 30-day window, if approved by customer service.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective poster, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please follow the return process, and note that replacements are subject to product availability.
All posters are shipped via Royal Mail to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Times
- UK Orders: Expected delivery within 2-5 business days after dispatch.
- International Orders: Estimated delivery times vary by destination but generally arrive within 7-14 business days.
